We see this beliefs structure in both the composition of the Puritans alongside the works of the minorities of that time. John Smith and Jonathan Edwards are two authors that expounded on mistreatment from the side of the white male. Olaudah Equiano, Harriet Beecher Stowe were two dark individuals who expounded on the abuse they persevered.
